Tigerland Brass Quintet

Joe Jennis is from Winter Haven, Florida. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in trumpet performance and is currently working towards a Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin. Joe maintains an active teaching and performing career in the Austin and the surrounding areas. His primary trumpet instructors include Brian Shaw (Louisiana State University), Jay Coble (University of South Florida) and Ray Sasaki (University of Texas at Austin). When not playing music, Joe often enjoys playing a round of golf, painting or creative writing.
